3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your school listing, content, or material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and its location prior to removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with consent to the jurisdiction of federal court.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable guidelines, School in California maintains a strict policy of terminating directory privileges or restricting access for users or institutional submitters who are deemed repeat infringers.
